Our Warranties

All Blu Element product lines are covered by a limited One-Year warranty. Cases and screen protectors are covered by a lifetime warranty if you sign-up within 10 days of purchase. Link to sign-up.

Your Blu Element product will be replaced at no charge to you except for a $9.99 shipping & handling fee plus applicable taxes.

To submit a warranty claim, please complete the form below.

If the same product is no longer available at the time of the claim, a coupon will be issued for the amount original purchase price to be used on the Blu Element web store.  Please keep in mind that no refunds will be given

The Coverage

Our warranties protect the original customer from defect in material or at time of workmanship. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from regular wear and tear, accidents, product modifications. improper care, cosmetic defects due to use or Acts of God.

Please note that under no circumstances does the Blu Element warranty cover any damages to a handset or tablet.
